Recently was approved for disability by SS - can my X get part of it as alimnony?
Cannot continue oil and gas operations work to disability (and am 60 now), recently Soc Sec advised that I have been categorized as disabled since 1/08 and am to start receiving monthly disability compensation from SS next month. Have final divorce hearing coming up in Ohio next month also, and soon to be X wants alimony. Does she have right to claim part of my disability income as alimony?
