Cannot continue oil and gas operations work to disability (and am 60 now), recently Soc Sec advised that I have been categorized as disabled since 1/08 and am to start receiving monthly disability compensation from SS next month. Have final divorce hearing coming up in Ohio next month also, and soon to be X wants alimony. Does she have right to claim part of my disability income as alimony?

She may get alimony based upon your income. If your only income is SSI, then she may not get much if anything. How long were you married?
