    How to reduce tummy and thighs and butt
    Hi ,I'm sloan ,I'm 18 years old ,I'm 85kg ,I do nt like my figure ,so I wamt some tips to be 60 kg in 2 months , tell me what work out & what should I eat & when should I work out & when shouldn't I eat

    I'm sorry, you can't lose 22kg in two months, it's too fast to be healthy.

    However, you can look a lot and feel a lot better in two months.

    Start by cleaning up your diet. Cut out all the junk, fast food, sugary food, deep-fried food, anything with ingredients you don't have at home. Base your diet on fresh whole foods. Lots of oily fish, eggs, lots and lots of green vegetables, fruit, fresh meat, raw nuts, dairy, wholegrains.

    Get regular exercise. Try to strike a balance between cardio (exercise which makes you pant and sweat) and resistance (where you lift weights or do bodyweight exercise). You need both to have a great figure.

    Also, make sure you are active in your ordinary life, don't watch too much TV, and get to bed on time.
