    Chase has suied me ,and I have to go to court on 02/26/10.I am unemployed .
    UNemployment pays $600 a month.What is the best defense in the court?

    Show up for court because if you don't they will get a default judgement against you. If you owe the debt then it needs to be paid.Have you tried working out a payment plan with them prior to you being sued or did you just ignore all the letters and calls?
