    Garage door not closing at top
    I went to close the garage door the top panel will not completely close flat causing the door not being able to be locked. I have the power opener disabled could this be from the colder temps

    You are saying that the door does not close all the way?
    Several potential causes. First look at the cables on each side of the door. Is one off the drum? Is something jamming the door? It requires some mechanical ability and common sense understand what you are looking at, so unless you have a strong mechanical background garage door work could cause serious injury unless you understand what you are doing, so do a simple inspection comparing one side with the other. If something is not obvious please call an expert.
