    Child support and giving up parental rights
    If a father is paying child support and the child makes false statements of child abuse can the father give up parental rights without paying anymore child support and at the same time can the father sue the opposing for defamation of character for the child making false statements to mother in-turn her calling social services on the father.

    False Claims against father of child abuse and giving up parental rights without paying child support and sueing for false claims and or defamation of character.
