    What kind of wages are suta taxable but not futa taxable?
    I am trying to determine why YTD Futa wages would be different from SUTA wages.

    For the uninformed, SUTA and FUTA are State Unemployment Taxes and Federal Unemployment Taxes, respectively. YTD means Year to Date.
