    Splicing pvc T joint
I have a leaky pipe to a fountain in my yard. I must replace a T joint for 3/4 inch pvc pipe. I have about a foot of pipe exposed away from each section of the T. How far away should I cut and what type of coupling should I use to reattach the three pipe sections?

You will cut each piece back 6". Now cut three new pieces 6 3/8ths" long. Prime and glue the three pieces into the tee and using 3/4" PVC couplings prime and glue the couplings in to complete the job. Good luck, Tom
