Can exercise help with endomentrial problems
After my ultrasound shows endometrial thicken of the uterus walls and slightly enlarged. And I have had a DNC about 3 years ago from having polyps. I have made up my mind that I am ready to have a hysterectomy surgery. I just wanted to know about exercise. Maybe a crazy question, but since I am overweight, I have decided to due extensive exercise to try to decrease my stomach size. I am afraid that if I do too much pulling of the stomach, it may cause more damage as far as the endometrial issues? Is this an issue to be concerned about?
    Thank you

No problem. It is a good idea to work out and build up as much muscle strength as you can before surgery. Good luck.
