    You need to go to the Post Office nearest you (or the one where you have the post office box) and get the form, fill it out and hand to the postmaster. You need to have the post office box first activated in order to do this though.

    The same way you change your address to any other address.

    Rent a box at the post office, or private post office. Then you get a change of address card and change your address

    Of course, you still have to have the box first, and it's not clear from your post whether you do or not.
