    Immagration employee of Illinois goes without paying rent
    I have a tenant that works for the Immagration Dept in Illinois and has not paid the rent for the past 3 months, can their job be notified of this?

    First why have you allowed them to be 3 days late, not 3 months, why have you not evicted them?

    No, if you get a judgement the HR wlll be notified for a garnishment.

    Where they work has nothing to do with this,
