    If outer glass of storm is broke, should window be change?
    If outer glass of storm is broke, should window be change? Owner of house said window still will work good no air will come in.

    This sounds like a landlord/renter dispute.

    If the window works,then it works.

    If the window doesn't work,fix it till it does.

    If the window poses a health risk(loose glass,broken glass,etc)ask for the land owner to replace.

    If you broke the glass,you are responsible to fix/replace it yourself,unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

    Are you talking about a separate storm window or the outer pane of glass in a double paned window? If a storm window then the wiondow is fine and you just need anew sorm window. If a double paned window then it needs to be fixed.

    I agree with KBC, you must be the renter then, right? Your lease likely makes no provision for storm windows but the home must be safe and habitable. Tell us more
