    Freezer defrosts, then forms ice?
    Problem with my GE Mod#GSH25JFTA BB fridge; freezer actually. The defroster seems to work, but the moisture doesn't leave the freezer, and it ices up. The ice in the ice bin partially melts and freezes into a large mass. Also, I get small 'icicles' on the shelves (seems to be more at the top, than bottom) Freezer & Fridge are both cold, but I can tell that items are thawing & re-freezing. Do I need a new defrost thermostat? Thanks!

    The last item on this page may be useful. The defrost system was apparently involved in a recall. Consumer complaints about GE Refrigerators
