    Trucking with a misdemeanor
I just got a misdemeanor 4 months back for child endangerment and have to live with it the rest of my life, and it's the only thing on my record but its keeping me from getting hired thus far. Ileft son home alone thinking brother was on his way but brother detoured and I was arrested. My son forgave me, why can't society allow me to be a stable father if I'm qualified for employment as I just graduated from a trucking school also. I got turned away from Schneider, jb, and USA truck. Me and Son have a great relationship. What would a perfect person say.

? How old was the child.

It is not the misdemeanor, since people with felony can get hired by truck firms, it is the name of the crime, most people see this as a major red flag
