    Help! My ex abandoned our children 3 years ago and I want to terminate his rights
    I live in Texas and my ex-husband abandoned our two small children three years ago. He disappeared in 2007 after my 3 year old daughter told me he was hurting her. CPS did not help me and dropped my case. The Police did a Lie Detector Test and he failed. Not only did he fail, but the administrator said he failed "miserably." I cannot use either one of these in court for my defense. My children have suffered years of mental anguish and have had them in therapy for 2 years. The thought of him ever being near them again makes my heart sink.     Are you divorced from him ? Is there a order for child support ?
