    I am 15 my boyfriend 18 in March. In Calli. Is it illegal?
    I will be 16 in August but he's turning 18 in March of this year. We are in California and the law states that we can't have sexual intercourse. Is it still illegal to date without sex?

    As far as I know, no it is not illegal to date someone of that age - it's just the sex part.

    There are no laws governing dating. But you shouldn't be considering sex even when you are past the age of consent.

    Mmm even though you are dating and no sex I'm sure you still kiss which could be tough you are still a minor eather way and he is an adult as long as your parents don't get mad and report him you should be OK
