    2010 mandatory withdrawals from iras
    The mandatory withdrwals for IRS was suspended last year.

    Will that suspension continue into this year or must we resume the mandatory withdrwals?

    The suspension of the mandatory distribution rules applied only to the 2009 tax year. Given the way the markets have recovered from late 2008, I doubt that Congress will extend the moratorium into 2010 -- but stranger things have happened.
