    NJ Inheritance Tax - IRAs and 401Ks
    Are IRAs and 401Ks with named beneficiaries subject to NJ Inheritance tax ?

    Probably. Just because the IRA and 401K has a named beneficiary does NOT mean that the IRA and 401K is NOT part of the decedent's estate.
