    Trying to find out the name of a movie I watched Friday 01-29-10, it was on SHO .
    It was about a uncle and nephew. The uncle raised the nephew and sent him away to get a good education. The uncle was the head guy in the mafia and requested his nephew to take over when he dies. The nephew had to reform the uncles goons. There's a female FBI chick trying to bust them and ends up in love with the nephew.Meantime the nephew does everything within his power to get these guys on the right track, so he gets them into real estate, etc..

    I think the movie you are looking for is, "Corky Romono". I know Peter Faulk was the uncle, The female FBI agent was played by Vinissa Shaw. Corky Romona was played by Chris Kattan. Chris Penn was one of his brothers. Hope this is the one. Please rate my answer .
