She was wrongly accused she slided in the dich walk to a friends house upset the friend gave her a booz the cops came and arested her for dui so if you have not been throw in the court system you don't know how it works its all about money not truth or justes or rehabe
The court system don't care about the truth if they did this would not happened good peoples lives are dest. Every day by are courts this should stop

What do you mean 'gave her a booz'.

You say she was arrested on a DUI because she slid into the ditch, walked to a friend's house. How did the police become involved at this point ?

Have you ever heard of a spellcheck? Your post looks like it was written by a 12 yr old, not someone old enough to have a friend that drives.

Were you with this friend? How do you know she's telling the truth that she only had drinks AFTER sliding into the ditch?

Were you at the trial? Maybe the police uncovered other evidence that she was drinking before the accident.

'Gave her a booz' probably means she gave her friend the booze she had in the car so the police wouldn't find it there. Just a guess.

This is how I assume your post is supposed to read:

Subject: My girlfriend got a DUI interlock installed; two failures, not reinstalled, why?(Doesn't make sense to me, but I'm winging it.)

Thread: She was wrongly accused. She slid into a ditch and walked to a friend's house. Because she was upset, the friend gave her an alcoholic drink. The police arrived at the friend's house and arrested my girlfriend for DUI. [Needless tirade against courts/police.]

Honestly, I don't know what your question is at this point. Your girlfriend consumed alcohol shortly after being involved in a motor vehicle accident. The officers should have performed a BAC test to determine just how much alcohol she had consumed; if she truly had only one drink, it would not yet have been absorbed into her system and it certainly would not have caused her to be over the legal limit.
