    Custodial parent tax rights
    What are the rights of the custodial parent to claim the child on their tax return? What percentage does the non-custodial parent have to pay before they have the right to claim the child

    Its not about who pays what. What did you agree upon ? In general its either year on year off or court ordered for one of the parents only.
