    Unemployment sends a 1099 not a W2. Whether you can get it or not depends on your state system. Some states do have them available online, some don't. If its available it should be on the website where you certify weekly benefits.

    Mostly you should get by post.
    First $2400 of unemployment benefit are not taxable.
