    Which causes more Wrinkles
    Hi,

I was wondering, does facial expressions cause more wrinkles than sun damage? If sun damage is the number one cause of wrinkles, would avoiding the sun everyday prevent 90% of wrinkles assuming you have a healthy diet and you get exercise.

Not necessarily avoiding the sun would cause less wrinkles. Yes, facial expressions have a lot to do with wrinkles. I used to have a habit of wrinkling up my brow until my mother kept correcting me about this habit. I stopped this habit. I also lived in South Florida and stayed away from cooking myself on the beach all the time and getting a deep dark tan. I stopped smoking cigarettes years ago. That will put a lot of miles on your face as well - smoking and cooking on the beach. I would still go out in the sun but not lay for hours and hours.

Now since I've moved north 10 years ago to Ohio I don't have any deep, deep wrinkles in my face and look at least 10+ years younger than I actually am.

Also, tanning beds will make your skin age and wrinkle very quickly so if you want to not have wrinkles or look prematurely old don't use them at all ever.

I am 25, and I just started getting those little lines under and in the outer corners of my eyes. Everyone says that there's nothing there, but I see it! I started getting really fine lines on my forehead, too. I have always taken really good care of my skin, I learned the value of it from...
