    Preventing wrinkles
    In your opinion, is there any home remedies or close to home remedies like cocoa butter that can help prevent wrinkles or any that may naturally act as a sp factor for your skin?

    As far as wrinkles, my grandma recently started usuing vitamin E cream, and I swear she actually looks a few years younger. Which I hadn't thought possible till I saw for myself.

    I don't know of any home stuff for the spf, but physician's formula makes an spf face powder. Not really all that natural, but I really like it for myself in case you don't find any home remedies.

    Cocoa butter should help especially if it is from too much sun.

    I take flaxseed oil (omega fatty acid is too strong flavored for me)
    vitamin E and antioxidents--fresh fruits and vegetables, olive oil, plenty of water (not tap),
    Use sea salt (celtic or himalayan preferably) instead of table salt.
