    I have a 91 Honda Civic it pulsates when you go over 55 a and no the check engine ligh
    My 91 civic pulsates when you go over 55 and sometimes it is not getting fuel somewhere because when you press on the gas nothing but if you wait a second it will start going again the engine does not shut off it just doesn't get enough gas somewhere now yesterday the check engine light came on I have changed the fuel filter tune up what can be the problem

Used to come on after raining and then go out after a few drives. Now, has remained on. Neighbor hooked a diagnostic computer up to it and it didn't relay any codes. Removed the fuse (fuse 7.5) for 10 seconds and light still remains on. Any other suggestions?
