I have a FL sub S and live part year in NY. Do I need to file NY CT3
My primary residence is in Fl and I live part year in NYS. My business is a Sub-S in Florida. I work out of my home while in NYS part year and receive revenue from customers while in NYS. Do I need to file a NYS CT3?

    Thanks for the help.

Corporate returns are generally TOO complex to adequately cover in a forum like this, due to the variety of variables involved. Recommend you contact a tax professional with corporate tax experience to resolve this issue.
