Hi I have 2 questions - I started working in the US on L1 A visa in Dec of 2007. Hence I filed my returns on the 1040 NR form for 2007. Question 1 - I have worked through 2008 in the US. I assume I can now use the standard 1040 form, as I meet the substantial presence criteria for 2008....

Dear tax experts, I have been an international grad student since fall 2003, and I have already filed 1040NR 5 times and this is my first time to file 1040 form. The line 9 asks whether I am qualified to get Recovery rebate credit ($600) or not. So I just want to make sure if I am qualified....
NJ - attach Federal 1040 Sched. B?

I prepared my taxes with Turbotax. When my NJ return printed, the last item that printed was a copy of my Federal 1040 Schedule B (in addition to the copy that printed with my Federal return). Am I supposed to attach a copy of the Fed Schedule B to my NJ return? I didn't see anything about that...

Hi I was on F1 status from Jan-2006 to May-2006 and had no income. From June-2006 to current I am on OPT status. I worked from August-2006 to December-2006 on OPT status.
