    Relocate to another country with baby
    I have a 1 yr old boy I have temp custody of him. I am separated from his father since June 09. He has emotional / psychological problems and I also filed for an order of protection. I want to return to my country but I know he will not agree. I have court on 2 Feb he want joint custody and more visitations.
    I have no help no family a few work friends.
    What are my chances?

    Chances are slim to none in a case like this because the father is seeking visitation.

    And that is more chances than I would give, the court unless he can be proved unfit, and even then he may get supervised visits, will not take his rights to visit away so you can move.

    Father will need to agree to allow you to even move out of state

    We can not live like this so alone and isolated I am willing to pay for the father to fly and see her once a year. My fear is I pay a lawyer to represent my case and go through a terrible emotional court case and end up not being allowed to leave. He wants to be involved in our sons life and I feel bad taking him that far but I don't want to live here anymore

    Then maybe let him have the child and you can move. Your allowed to do that.
