    Restoring the MsGina file.
I installed my Netgear wireless adapter. And the Netgear company and Windows are all aware of this problem (but don't seem to want to help very much) When I installed it, it automattically changed the Graphical Identification and Authentication (GINA) file, that changes from the classic windows user log on, to the new 'cool' windows user log on with XP. I would REALLY like to use the XP version.
However when I go to turn it on, I get this message.

    User Accounts

! A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screena and Fast User Switching. To Restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: RtlGina2.dll

I obviously can't REMOVE the whole program.

But I did some research, and it seem that there is a way to restore the original windows file MSgina.dll
However, whenever I search to find out how, it says 'contact your systems administrator.'
Well... unfortunately, I AM my systems administrator LOL.

So if someone could walk me through how to restore the RtlGina2.ddl file, back to the default from XP of MSgina.dll, I would be so thankfull.

You can download msgina.dll from DLL-Download.net - Download DLL files for free!. Doenload the zip file. Search your PC for the dll file and rename it to msgina.sll.old. And paste the newly downloaded dll file there.
Restart the machine and it should work fine.
