    I have been having pelvic pain on and off for about 1 year
    I have been having pelvic pain sharp when I go to get up from siting
    And some times when I walk

    You need to get to your doctor, the gyno. There might be something really wrong, you could have polycystic ovarian syndrome, or possible an STD. Many STD's ae accompanied by pelvic pain. This is urgent, get to a doctor asap and find out what the problem is, because it is not normal.
