    To early and how to fix it
    I have a very wonderful relationship with my girlfriend, we both love each other very much and the sex is awesome... at least for her... for some reason when ever we start getting dirty and clothes are coming off and she starts touching me I just get this problem of coming overly excited... like I can touch myself but it won't be a problem but when she touches me... O BOY!! So I can usaully keep my cool for the most part if she is just giving a hand job, but when it comes to oral or vaginal sex... its honestly like maybe 2 minutes... we arnt trying to have kids so I wear a condom and I don't know if she really realizes that its happening so I just keep going until she gets off... but it hurts so bad when I and we are still having sex... I've heard just masterbating on almost a daily basis can help that or masterbating before sex... but it just doesn't feel the same! Is there techniques that anyone knows of that will help with the Overwhelming amazing feeling that vaginal sex brings? Lol

    The masturbation idea is a good one but you can also do Kegel exercises for men.

    I suggest you switch positions more often during sex.

    I also suggest you buy these type of condoms that have this lubricant that kind of numbs your penis so you last a very long time ;)

    There are also creams to numb your rod and help you last longer.

    I suggest that you FIRST of all come clean with her about how long sex lasts for you.

    You shouldn't be HAVING sex with someone you can't TALK about sex with.

    Then--I think that the switch positions thing is probably the best. I also think that just communicating during foreplay/sex is a good idea. If you TELL her what's going on with you, and slow things down or stop every time you get close, you'll train yourself out if it.

    From reading that thread, I am guessing that experience is going to be the biggest help to your overall problem. It is still a very new sensation to you and over-excitement will begin to diminish as you get more used to the feelings.

    IF you are still a couple and things are going well, talk to her. A quick finish is not necessarily a bad thing if both of you are ready for it. That means concentrate more on getting her 'excited' so that you can both enjoy the intercourse and work on ways together to increase the duration.

    On the changing positions and stopping and starting, be extremely careful that the condom stays where it is supposed to be.
