    Privacy violation laws homeowners associations
Can a homeowners association in a housing community mention peoples names out loud in a meeting, if they are minimally late with dues? Is this not a violation of privacy? Thanks

It IS a violation of your privacy. It's rude, and gossipy.. But, it's not against the law.
