I am a bit confused, I just moved in to apartment with my boyfriend. Well just the other night I got up to get a drink of milk and as I was standing there drinking my milk I hear a girls voice and I vaguely remember what her face looked like but she said,"Do you want me to check to see if anyone is here, and I said "sure". Well just shortly after that I hear moving around in our computer room, it just scared the heck out of me, I dashed into the bedroom from the kitchen so darn fast. I have seen a hand shadow once when I was just about 5 years old at my grandmother's house in her kitchen when no one else was home but my mom and I. My dad was at work, my sister mackenzie was not there, and my grandmother was at work. It was from the sunlight where there is a deck in the back and the sun was shining through the trees which was pretty high up. I am just not sure what's going on sometimes I have experienced things since I was younger, I have woken up once in our old apartment by someone whispering my name and when I woke up I could have sworn I saw someone leave really fast it was a very quick movement. I need to know what the heck if my minds are playing tricks on me. Nothing happens during the day at all its just at night, please help! Thank you

There's a good chance that your mind is open to these things. Some people are naturally more open to the spiritual than others. How spiritual you are generally depends on how you grew up. If you have dabbled in witchcraft, played ouiji board, etc. then there's a good chance that some sort of negative spirit is trying to affect you. You could talk to a pastor or priest about your situation and come up with some solutions.

You are probably just sensitive to things on other vibrations. If they aren't scaring you to death, or making you feel uncomfortable I wouldn't worry about it. If you sense something at your house constantly, then I would be more willing to bet it's an earth bound spirit that needs to be sent to the light. You can contact someone and ask they do a blessing at your place, but chances are, they are attracted to you, since you've had many experiences. Good Luck!
