    Could anyone tell me what would be the case if an Irish person working in France and
    Could anyone tell me what would be the case if an Irish person working in France and married to a non EU national were to get divorced/seperated, what right of residence would the non-EU national have in this case?

    The non-EU national will no longer have dependent status, he/she must file for change of status to other non-immigrant visa or leave the country.
