220 plug for dryer and heater

 Is it possible to split a 220 wire and run it to a baseboard heater and a clothes dryer off a single breaker. They would not be ran at the same time. It is the only way for me to get a 220 wire to the baseboard heater? They are 40 feet from the breaker box.

 I live in a small condo the size of a large 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd story. I have no hookups. As far as a standard 220 volt dryer is concerned, how feasible is it to have an electrician install a 220 volt outlet in the kitchen? How much would you think it would cost in terms of labor...

 I need to install a 220 volt dryer oulet in my home, none present now (gas only). Slab foundation / attic accesible / walls must remain intact. I am trying to get a ballpark figure on the cost of installation. Thanks for any help you can give me.

 I have a Kenmore washer/dryer ( stacker ) it requires a inlet source. How Difficult is it to run two ( 2 ) 110 lines from an outside junction box to an adapter that is compatible with the 220 three ( 3 ) prong plug? :confused: Ernie, View more questions Search
