Thank you very much. Question: can I use 3wire romax (green, white, black) from the combination switch/recepticale to the new reciptical under the sink?

No, 3-wire (really 3 conductor) cable has 4 wires, white, black, red and bare or green. The green or bare is the ground and is not counted as a conductor. It cannot be used as a conductor.

When purchasing recepticals and switches what price range should I be looking at. I have seen 10 packs at home depot for about $5. Im sure they are not the best choice only being about .50 a piece. I am using them for residential.
