Combination receptical and switch to another receptical
I'm replacing a receptical with an combination switch/recepitcial and want to come off that combination switch/reciptical and wire a new receptical under the sink for a garbage disposal and future dish washer. The present recpitical is on the wall.

Thank you very much. Question: can I use 3wire romax (green, white, black) from the combination switch/recepticale to the new reciptical under the sink?

No, 3-wire (really 3 conductor) cable has 4 wires, white, black, red and bare or green. The green or bare is the ground and is not counted as a conductor. It cannot be used as a conductor.
