I have this situation that I fell to hate myself when I done something
Stupid, and I know it is not really stupid but this situation keep come to me, for example I sent a massage to my brother by mistake than he called me and said
I do not understand your massage so I told him oh I'm sorry
I sent the massage by mistake after his called I felt like I want to hit
Myself another example is I'm little shy to people I do not know
So when I took to this people I fell the same way(I want to hit
Myself) and I told myself why I do not say this and why I say this, know
He will think this or that

I'm Arab from Saudi Arabia 19 years old.

If the meaning of anxious means that I worried about my past I think there is nothing that I worried abbot , and about lacking in my self-esteem actually I do not know, look I want to tell you something might help you to understand my situation , yesterday my teacher came to me and ask me why you are so quite in class he embarrassed me and I do not know what to tell him I fell like people want to be my friend but I think because I am quite they have difficult to contacted with me another thing I want to tell you that some of my friends tow actually that before they Know me they ware shy from me (like they cannot said dirty words or smoking front me ) because I look so quiet and they do not accept me to do something wrong like Smoking or something like that, sorry I told you so much but really want To change,

Ummmm, the good things happening in my life are my parents are alive,
I do not have trouble in money, I have my own car, and I am in college.
I made comparing between me and some people in my society.
I really feel happy most of the times but when I remembered
Thant I got embarrassed I fell very bad.

I've made a lot of mistakes in my life. Most people do...

The important thing is to realize that we're never through and to not give up!

Some of my mistakes that I've made "haunt" me to this day. But, I need to go on and not let what I've done in the past slow me up. I know that I can do it, but it's hard.

You too, can carry on and move forward with your life. A large part of that, is a matter of choice...

Do you have at least a few people, outside of your family, with whom you're close and consider them to be friends?

My problem is I get sad and feel heating myself for something
Dose not worth it, I started to try not remember these things
And told myself it is OK and it does not worth to be sad.
Actually I have few people that I can consider them friends,
They are with me in college but I feel bored because one of them like to talk about politics and know a lot of people they may be famous but I am not interested in them and when he ask me about them he get surprise when I told him I do not know this guy and he told me "if there any one do not
This guy" and sometimes we talk about movies and sport,he is good frind,the other one is good person he talk with me about movies and sports but he do not know much about me.
I used to invite them in my home to play PS3 and watching movies but I stopped because I got bored.
