Frustrated and confused!
I'm 24 and I've been having sex since I was 19 and have never ran into this erection issue.. I've been with my girlfriend for 3 months now and I've frequently been having
A problem keeping an erection there's times where I will start really well for about 10 minutes and then just keep switching positions and all of a sudden lose it and a time or two able to get an erection but lose it before penetration but there are other times where we have long great sex and so I hate that this is some kind of gamble.. It's been happening a bit more the last 2 weeks. I mean it's not like my girlfriend is unatractive, she's really hot, actually she is in all aspects my ideal woman.. I'm wondering if There's some coorelation with my slight weight gain or my loss of my cardio from not working out normally anymore. I hope someone has some advice or suggestions... Please help

Maybe you should try consulting a physician about it. They can give you a proper diagnosis and may be able to help you.

Yeah that's probably my next step I just don't think it's that big of an issue yet... but I probably shouldn't wait until it gets to that point

Well... the problem here is that so many things can come into play...
I think too many people play out too much in "foreplay"... for ex, I love a girls teeth and tongue on my ears and neck. Its just bank.
But its better to hold this back, not use it too soon... wait for a plateau...
So, save the best stuff for later in the game.
Also, don't ignore all of the "small things" that can affect you. I find when my physical activity drops that libido and performance both are diminished. Mentally I might be as interested as ever, but if I'm not moving my body to be fit I simply am less responsive.
I also seem to be responsive to the seasons. The winter darkness seems to weigh on me more... and this tends to affect my drive and desire. Not to say I'm not always wanting attention or to give attention... its just a cycle I've seen over the years.
So two of the main "issues" that men have with performance are tied to exercise and mental blocks. Move your body and feel strong. As for mental blocks... maybe try this...
Can you get your girl off? Oral? Manually? If you can, make early sex all about her. Drive her over the top. Then, knowing she is satiated, focus completely on you.
Personally I'm a fan of she comes first, he comes next... to take from ian kerner's books. When you know your lover is satisfied its much easier to focus completely on your needs and desires.

Thanks for the advice... Yeah I'm definitely going to get my physical activities going again... Because that's kind of what has really changed about me lately... And as for getting her off first I definitely share the same belief it doesn't take
Much fr her to climax but she really only prefers to via intercourse so not sure if I can compromise but I really appreciate you putting the time to respond your advice is much appreciated
