This is a basic cleanser and will clean the skin, but make sure you have a good skin moisturizer since this can be drying. especially while also using hq/ra. COSMETICSINFO.ORG - Your source for safety information about cosmetics and personal care products
Ok thanks. But overall this is good for me to use with the RA/HQ?

Yes. Just remember to include a good skin moisturizer and sunblock spf 60 or higher.
What percentage of retin-a will you be using?

What sunbock do you use, Golden sis? All this summer I used Zirh Defend SPF 15 because it was a gift from a friend. It didn't work good though, I still have my forehead a whole shade darker from this summer, even though I use Makari all the time since October and now its all done but my forehead, and around my eyes, is still darker than the rest of my facfe.

I use neutrogena with helioplex, spf 70 or higher, even their spf 55 worked very well on me and I didn't redarken while using it. Cause it absorbs very well w/out the white residue. I would think spf 15 would do little. My forehead is ketching up, the forehead is usually the darkest though.

But, I alway put sunblock on 15-20 min before i leave the house and always keep it w/ me at all times in case i need to reapply (i dont wear foundation). this makes a BIG difference on how soon and successful you'll see your results.
Going back to this comment.
Now if I use the Retin-A and the HQ twice a day and don't wear sunblock and limit my exposure, can it be just as successful as using the RA one with sunblock?
Because I really don't have enough time in the mornings to put on all that sunblock.

I can't say, but I doubt it. You'll be surprised how much a good sunblock can do. You still may get some success, but will get even more when using sunblock religiously at least 15-20 min before when you go outside, better off not waisting lightening product. Only time when I don't apply is if I'm going out at night time and I don't use in the house and have had success. I heard both should still be done though.
No reason to apply retin-a twice a day, that will be too much. Ony once every other night or once at night. Not twice. For hq, yeah you can apply 2x a day (and can even not apply the hq on night you apply retin-a). You have to check how your skin reacts, if its getting too irritated then it is best to cut back. I had to cut back to use 1x a day or 1x everyother day and still have lightening.

Ok. Now when I go out I only need to put the sunblock on the parts of my skin that re exposed right?
Like if I cover up a lot, I only need to put it on my hands, face, and neck.

Yes, that is what I do. I apply on the exposed areas.

I'm not sure if I asked you this before I'm sorry.
But once I reached my desired shade, what should I do to maintain that shade?

Try once a day for starters... see how your skin takes it.. you may not peel for the first four days and then you will feel like your face is super peely and burning a littls.. beause of the retin A.. Your face will feel a little "crispy" and tight around the corners of you mouth.. LOL.. it doesn't matter which one you put first, but I like to use the retin A first them HQ.. Makes me feel like it's penetrating better...

OK do you want to go really light
Ow well den imma give yuh my lightening secret
This will make you like 4 shades lighter in a wekk if you do it proply na d consistently
. Oright get yourself bio claire lotion and the oil and mix it in a tub and then you will need 1 other maxi light oil and hot movate gel mix all this together in a tub
And store in tha frigde over night
The next morning get yourself a lemon
Squezze it into a cup dip your finger in and apply the lemon liquid to your face and neck leave on until it dries
Then wash off
Now apply your lightening lotion to your body
At lease twice through the day when it gets to night time
Here's da trick
Apply it thickly on your legs and arms
And neck
And then get some glad wrap and wrap it
Over those area
Easliy
Don't apply the glad wrap to your face though
And then aplly it thick on your face
And go to sleep with your face facing upwards
And make sure you put on socks over the toes
In the morning you will wake up don't take it of until it gets to about 11:50
Go to the bath tub fill it wif really warm water
And take all that stuff of
And lay in da tub
All your dead skin wiff come of and
Your skin will be so light
Do this about one whole week
Straight
And I swear you will notice results
But please stay out of the sun because then your skin will only reproduce more melanin
After you get to your desired result
Only do this twice a week
And the rest of the week normally apply the cream to the body softly
This will maintain the color
Anywas I do this and I went so light
That its so noticeable
Like
Because I went from trey songs color to a bit lighter then chris brown... Anyway try this people I swear by it

Use Retin A... it will peel the skin better... and make the HQ work faster... HQ will peel the skin too... but not nearly as well... it will dry it and flake kind of gross then peel... and not a good look... the Retin A will help this along better.. besides you may get some acne from HQ alone on the face... so retin A will help with that too

Steroids are dangerous they can cause many medical conditions, also stretch marks, wrinkles etc.

Now how long does A Tube Of 30 Gm Cream and A Tube Of 20 Gm Gel last?
How long will they last if I use them twice a day?
Because I'm on a budget and I need to know how much I need to get.

It can last me almost two months, I mixed both the hq/ra in jar when I used it. Doesn't take much to cover your face, you don't need to apply it thick.
