Ward floor heater burner won't light
I have a Ward Floor Heater. I had the Gas Company come out to light the pilot. They did so and the burner will not ignite. The gas company employee tried to bypass the thermostat but the burner still did not ignite. What else could be going on here. Is it something I can fix myself or do I need to call someone.

Best to call in a pro. There may be limits or a baso switch inline between the gas valve and the thermostat. Can you post a pic of your unit from underneith? The more pics the better.
