After tileing wall new toilet won't fit
After putting tile on bathroom walls the new toilet won't go far enough back, the bolts have to be at a slant to fit, I probably need 1/4 inch or less. Is there any kind of kit to fix this or will I have to remove tile behind tank.

You could also purchase a 10 rough toilet, little more spendy than a standard 12 toilet, and will leave a pretty good gap behind toilet(between tank and tile), but is the easiest fix. Other than that, you will have to either use an offset flange or just repipe closet flange so it is twelve inches off tile(center of flange to tile). If you have easy access to toilet drain under the floor, I would just relocate flange to work with a 12" toilet.

You can re-drill hole that in the closet ring and reinstall bolts bit further away from wall.

We have also had success with bending the brass bolt to accommodate toilet installation.
