    I had a feeling of desperately needing the toilet then I could not urinate
    Not that long ago I was in japan and I urinated in the morning. After my first pee I had a feeling of needing the toilet constantly, but when I went to the toilet I couldn't pee unless it was a dribble. When I did pass urine twice I urinated blood as well. This only lasted for a day. What was this?

    Possibly a bladder or kidney infection, you need to go to the doctor as soon as possible to get a physical and treatment.

    Until you can get in try drinking lots of cranberry juice to help ease it.
