    Cant urinate
    After drinking beer I can't urinate,my bladder gets so full it becomes unberable and I spend all night on the toilet trying urinate,sometimes just a tiny drop comes out and this can last 24 hours.

    Dehydration would be the number one cause. Instead of water, try drinking warm tea. Not only will it put fluids into your system, it (tea) contains tannic acid, which is good for you, naturally (all mucus membranes and kidneys); also hot/ warm tea's yummy, and great when you're relaxed.

    As far as concern? I wouldn't be until it's been more than 12 hours after drinking 24oz of anything OTHER THAN alcohol or caffeine (both of which dehydrate you.
