    Looking at retirement homes for a new career
    Is it hard to get into an assisted living service if you do not have can certification, or ever worked in health care?

    Hi, diehl12c!

    Around where I live, a person could be an Activity Aide without having any kind of certification. To be an Activity Director however, most places around here would require that someone be certified.
