    Troubleshooting ceiling fan remotes
    My celing fan remote only stops the remote. It will not change the 3 speeds. Ceiling fan always runs on high no matter which speed on the remote I select... except stop??

    If the fan is stopped, and you push low, you get high? If so you need a new receiver.
