    Security deposit
    So verbally saying this doesn't count, it has to be invoices? I live in Michigan and don't know the laws on rentals, but I know he has thirty days to come up with something and its already been two weeks.

    Well a lot of "rentals" are vebal, so retails can be verbal

    So please slow down and explain what you are talking about
