    How many months behind in your mortgage payment before they start any foreclosure
    What I need to know is how far behind in your monthly mortgage payments before the mortgagor can start the foreclosure process in Florida?

    Depends on your mortgage holder, they could start after a month. Call and ask them to discuss a new payment plan, they do not really want your house just the money.
