Failure to make curfew vop what happens
Hello I have court tomorrow morning at 8:30am..

I am on felony probation and I got a VOP or violation of probation for being out past curfew one day.. Ive been on probation for 8 months now and this is the first time I've gotten a VOP..

What are some of the things that could happen to me and what are the odds of which one will happen?

What could happen? Just re-read your sentencing paperwork and that will spell out in great detail what could happen to you if the Judge gets up on the wrong side of the bed tomorrow. It could be anythng from more probation to some time in the jail cell for you. We don't know. We can only guess what your punishment is.

How did they catch you out after curfew in the first place? Did they call your house and you weren't there or did they come out and see you weren't home?

Ok this was the first time you got violated, but how many times have you been out late without being violated that they may bring up at the hearing ?

Most likely a stern warning but you can be put into jail or prison for part or all of your sentence
