    Assault charge Curfew
I have a curfew of 11pm after being charged for assault by my ex boyfriend for slapping him after he spat on me. My sister and I are planning to go to another town to shop and stay the night at a hotel, but I would like to know if I have to be back in my hometown for my curfew?

Since you will probably be put back in jail for violation of this stipulation, I'd be back home by 11 if I were you.

So if I get permission from the probation officer it'll be OK? I go to court on Friday but I don't think that'll make a difference...

If for some reason you are stopped by the police and say given a speeding ticket after 11PM in that other town and the probation dept found out about it you would be violated.
